1. Digital Products (Non-Refundable)

Due to the digital nature of our products (e.g., downloadable files, software, templates, educational material):

  • All sales are final.
  • Once a product is downloaded or accessed, we do not offer refunds, unless the product is faulty or not delivered.
  • If you face any issue with the file (e.g., corrupted, incomplete, or incorrect), please contact us within 3 days of purchase, and we’ll resolve it promptly.

2. Online Services (Refund on Case Basis)

For services like application assistance, form filling, or educational support:

  • Refunds may be considered only if the service is not delivered as promised or canceled from our side.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment.
  • We do not refund for delays caused by incorrect/incomplete information provided by the customer.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Digital Downloads cannot be canceled once the payment is completed.
  • Service cancellations must be requested before work begins. If the process has already started, partial refunds (if applicable) may be considered at our discretion.

4. Duplicate Payment

In case of accidental duplicate payments, we will refund the extra amount after verification within 5-7 working days.
